  • Evaluation of available funds offered by Client’s plan provider
  • Investment analysis of investment options in each asset class
  • Reports prepared quarterly or semi-annually as agreed to
  • On-site meeting with agreed upon frequency to review reports, analysis and action plans to add, delete, or close specific investments

Employee Education and Communications

  • On-site enrollment meetings with frequency determined by Client
  • Participant meetings may be conducted by plan vendor representatives
  • Online plan and financial education resource for all participants
  • Fiduciary education and responsibilities online video course

Plan Review

  • Annual Review with Plan Fiduciaries and/or committee members
  • Plan Design Analysis

Vendor Search, Presentation and Finalist Review if Necessitated

  • Consult with Client regarding Plan goals, objectives and needs in a new vendor
  • Analysis of record-keeping, administration, technology services, plan compliance, employee communications and investment management services offered by each vendor
  • Analysis of hard and soft dollar
  • Investment evaluation

Facilitation of Conversion Process

  • Help facilitate Plan conversion to a new vendor selected by Client as a result of the Plan Vendor Search described above
  • Coordination between new provider and departing provider
